Sri Lankan Hop­per Kade serves a mod­ern take on Sri Lankan cui­sine. They fuse tra­di­tional Sri Lankan flavours with west­ern cook­ing tech­niques and Aus­tralian in­flu­ences. Their sig­na­ture hop­pers are made in-house from fer­mented rice flour and co­conut milk. The hop­pers are nat­u­rally dairy and gluten free, filled with a free-range egg and new ad­di­tions such as Lankan-spiced 12-hour beef brisket and pulled pork.
