Ronald Mcdonald visits Cannonvale
CHILDREN at Cannonvale McDonald’s were treated to an in-store appearance by Ronald McDonald on Monday.
The company’s famous mascot was hard to miss with his trademark curly, bright red hair, massive red clown shoes and yellow and white outfit.
McDonald’s franchisee Mike Muller said Ronald was touring a number of stores in Queensland throughout the school holidays.
“Ronald is doing a fourday tour of seven different Queensland stores and we were the last stop on the tour,” he said.
“This is the biggest roll-up I have seen for a visit from Ronald and it’s great to see families come along to meet with him and take some photos.”
The company mascot has visited the Airlie Beach store a few times in the past but Monday’s meet and greet was his first trip to the Cannonvale store.
Dozens of kids got the chance to say hello and share a laugh with Ronald who spent almost an hour posing in photographs and entertaining customers on Monday afternoon.
