Sharing the experiences of pilgrimage in northern Spain
A WOMAN who recently completed an 800km pilgrimage across the Camino de Santiago in northern Spain was the special guest speaker at the Zonta Club of the Whitsundays breakfast meeting on Tuesday.
Tanya Stewart is the founder of Life in Focus and is now writing a book about her experiences on the Camino and how they relate to success and failure in life.
Ms Stewart has studied nutritional medicine and life coaching which follows her belief that one must have both a healthy mind and body.
Her business Life in Focus uses a coaching technique including questioning that explores where an individual currently is in their life, where they want to be and what choices they have for closing the gap.
President of the Zonta Club of the Whitsundays Roz Jennings said Ms Stewart’s pilgrimage was inspiring, best described as “a life journey crammed into five weeks, even with the blisters on your feet you have to keep going”.
