Whitsunday Times - - DOMAIN -

THIS stunning pavilion style home is designed to capture the beautiful breezes and the stunning sea views.

There is total privacy as the house is set in tropical gardens, yet it is located right in the middle of town.

Bali inspired, this home incorporates outdoor and indoor living.

There are extensive balconies and an open breezeway where you can watch the boats pass by, listen to the wildlife and spot the birds. It is truly a gem of a location. This home features red cedar, spotted gum and qualia timbers.

There are three pavilions. One is dedicated to the kitchen and living area. The second has three bedrooms, all with sea views and the third provides a large master bedroom with ensuite and walk-through robe.

You can even soak in the bath and look at the view. Under the pavilions are another two rooms, again with sea views.

At present one is an art studio and the other is guest accommodation.

These rooms are ideal if you have frequent guests, are looking for extra living areas or are considering operating a B&B, (subject to council approval).

This is a must see home offering a totally relaxing lifestyle.
