Database to direct trade
WHETHER you are looking for a locksmith, mobile mechanic, home hairdresser, gardener or someone to fix the heel on your shoe, The Hut Whitsundays will always deliver the best solution available.
These are the words of Jenni Wasson from The Hut in Cannonvale.
The Hut is launching an exciting new campaign, ‘How to become a Hut-Star’, to help Whitsunday businesses access new clients.
Ms Wasson said any business that registered to become a Hut-Star would be catalogued on the Find-a-Tradie service database.
They would then be presented as a point of sale referral to customers requiring that service.
“There are a large number of businesses that don’t have the time or money to spend on marketing their business, but by becoming a Hut-Star, they become a part of a bigger group that actively helps to get work for them.” Businesses can become a HutStar for less then $5 a month.
Ms Wasson said if businesses register before 1pm Saturday, August 3, they can become a HutStar for 12 months for the price of 6 months.
“It’s a fantastic service that is great for new businesses or existing businesses that need in- creased profitability to expand and bring on new staff,” she said.
“Why not have someone else recommending your businesses, especially someone that is based on the main road with great frontage and good exposure, it’s a winwin situation.”
Airlie’s Own Garden Gnomes co-owner Jack Coumi has been providing quality garden maintenance and landscaping services to the Whitsunday region for the past seven years and recently joined Hut-Star.
“It is great to see a new business in town that is dedicated to helping tradies and offering a range of services in one central location,” he said.
