Local tradesmen

Whitsunday Times - - WHITSUNDAY VIEWS -

WE ARE currently in the process of building a new house.

As we had completed our own design, initially we approached several companies for a quote.

Ideally, we wanted to use a local builder but thought that the larger companies would prove more financially viable.

We were pleasantly surprised as a local builder, Craig Piccinelli, provided a quote that was competitive and indeed more reasonable than some of the larger companies.

His reputation preceded him and this has not disappointed. His craftsmanship has been outstanding and all work has been completed to an incredibly high standard. Every stage of the build, we are now in the final stage, has astounded us. The attention to detail and quality of his materials, have been second to none. We have these craft- smen on our doorstep, local tradesmen using local suppliers. We would highly recommend anyone to use them. Ian and Rebecca Radford MANDALAY
