Autopro branches out into electronics

Whitsunday Times - - WHITSUNDAY BUSINESS -

AUTOPRO Cannonvale has added an impressive range of Jaycar electronics to their product list as they look to offer even more to their customers in the Whitsundays.

Autopro owner Paul Perrin said that they had saw a demand for electronics after Plaza Electronics in the Whitsunday Shopping Centre shut down in June.

“Branching into electronics was an easy decision to make and its helps broaden the scope of customers that we can draw into the store,” he said.

“We have slowly been building our line of Jaycar products since we started in June and we now have a wide variety of gear for sale with everything from remote control cars and helicopters, laser light shows, two-way radios, home security devices and much more.”

Mr Perrin was excited to be able to offer more than just automotive parts and accessories to his customers and welcomed the addition of experienced Jaycar sales representative Allan Gravelle to the Autopro team.

Mr Gravelle has years of experience working with electronics and is working with the team at Autopro to offer expert advice that will help customers make informed decisions.

“From TV antennas, solar panels and long range radios, we have all areas of electronics covered,” Mr Gravelle said.

“Myself and the staff can even help you with all the connections to set up a home theatre. There is a good cross over of products and we can help out with advice on what best suits our customer’s needs.” The launch of their Father’s Day catalogue this week is in time for those who still want to find the perfect present for their old man.
