Great turnout for an­nual cam­p­draft in Proser­pine

DOZENS of cam­p­draft en­thu­si­ast from across the coun­try took part in the Whit­sun­day Cam­p­draft held at the Proser­pine Show­grounds on the week­end.

The pro­gram kicked off early Satur­day morn­ing and there was plenty of ac­tion on of­fer across both days as rid­ers of all ages strut­ted their stuff in the show ring.

There was a great turnout to this year’s events and all com­peti­tors en­joyed the Satur­day night fes­tiv­i­ties be­fore re­turn­ing to com­pe­ti­tion on Sun­day.

There was also a num­ber of horse sports to keep the kids en­ter­tained.

The Whit­sun­day Aus­tralian Stock Horse So­ci­ety and Proser­pine Cam­p­drafters thanked all their spon­sors and com­mit­tee work­ers who made the week­end pos­si­ble and hoped to see ev­ery­one again next year.
