Having a say on the future of Queensland
STATE Member of Whitsunday MP Jason Costigan is inviting residents to have their say on the future of Queensland through the Queensland Plan.
He will be at the Cannonvale Scout Hall between 2.30pm and 5.30pm today (Thursday) for a forum about the Queensland Plan.
“I'll be there on Thursday afternoon and hope local people swing by and give us their views on what sort of Queensland they want to see 30 years from now,” he aid.
“I stress this isn't the Premier's plan, my plan or the Government's plan.
“It's the peoples' plan and I really encourage people in the Whitsundays to have a say about the future direction of Queensland. We're a great state with great opportunity and I’m proud to represent the greatest slice of that state.”
