Hair treatment that can help you save time

Whitsunday Times - - LOOK GOOD FEEL GOOD -

ENTICE Hair and Beauty have introduced a new way of styling hair that will save you time and keep your hair looking great.

The treatment is called Brasil Cacau. There are no chemicals involved, instead, it uses a keratin protein that reinforces the internal structure and improves the condition of your hair.

Entice stylist Kerry Connell has been trained in the use of the product, and recommends it, particularly for frizzy or unruly hair.

“It doesn’t straighten the hair, but smooths and relaxes it. It is ideal for any structured hair styles, like a concave bob.”

She said the treatment does not damage hair.

“It’s actually good for hair, especially people with bleached or highlighted hair that’s dry or brittle. It makes the hair feel smooth and silky.”

The treatment takes about two and a half hours to perform, and involves using a straightening iron to activate and infuse the keratin protein into your hair. The smooth and silky appearance should last about three months, and activities such as swimming or exercise should not damage it.

“It also cuts down styling time as you don’t have to put so much work into straightening your hair,” Ms Connell said.
