There were plenty of feet pounding the tennis court and racquets swinging wildly for an absorbing workout that included stretches, drills and games.

New players Susan Butler and Ben Murphy joined in with the regular crowd.

The Friday morning ladies turned on the heat for an upbeat workout keeping themselves and coach Jamie Kirkman on their toes.

On the social scene Tuesday and Saturday arvo and Tuesday and Thursday evening attendees made the most of their time on court playing tactical doubles.

Shot placement was the order of the day.

Those with their racquet firmly on the ball were Keith Miles, Rick Galea, Kay Hoare and Rae Miller.

On the junior front the Friday morning crew ended term three on a high with the boys Byron Ward, Sam Collinson and Sage Smith playing team tennis against the girls Sarah Davidson, Georgia Furhman and Peppa Fischer.
