Reduce bacteria and mould

Whitsunday Times - - LOOK GOOD FEEL GOOD -

CRYSTAL salt lamps are a great way to improve the natural atmosphere of your home or office, according to Goodness Gracious Health Food owner Helen Pike.

Ms Pike has introduced a new crystal room in her Cannonvale store which displays a range of crystals, Lovin Jewels original creations and the latest range of salt lamps.

A popular new addition to the store is the white selenite lamps which operate with a 15 watt bulb.

Selenite is believed to help in building awareness, improve mood and energy while offering clarity and peace of mind.

Ms Pike said salt lamps were a popular way of improving the air indoors by helping to decrease airborne bacteria, mould and many other substances that trigger allergies and other ailments.

Ms Pike said the lamps were a good addition to any wardrobe to prevent leather and clothing going mouldy during the summer. The store also stocks crystal wands, crystal pendulums and dream catchers, hand-made by school children in Uruguay, South America.
