Whitsunday Times - - CHILL -

MAMA Africa will be looking after the ladies every Thursday with their weekly ladies’ night a perfect excuse to have a night out with the girls.

The weekly event kicked off last week and will be on every Thursday night from 9pm, with complimentary VIP goodies for all the girls.

There will also be a topless waiter on hand to serve drinks as well as a number of prizes and giveaways.

Marketing promotions manager Mark Riley said that ladies night was a chance for all the girls to have a fun night out of the town while being made to feel special.

“This night is all about the girls and their requests will come first,” he said.

“It’s a chance for them to get out of the house and have a fun night out and every girl will be made to feel special. Doors will open from 9pm and there will be free entry for everyone.”

Lotus Boutique in Airlie Beach are sponsoring the event and will be giving away a $100 gift voucher every week for one lucky lady to treat herself to a stunning new outfit.

The women’s clothing shop is now situated right underneath Mama Africa and winners will be able to spend their voucher on their wide range of clothes, bags, shoes and accessories.

Mama Africa have enjoyed a number of visits from big name DJs in 2013 and this trend will continue with a Ministry of Sound annual launch from the acclaimed Chardy next Saturday night.

There is also a Ministry of Sound Clubber’s Guide event on the cards for early next year which will draw more big names to the popular Airlie Beach nightspot.
