Regatta Waters now open for inspection
THE public will be able to inspect the first stage of the Whitsundays newest lifestyle community when the sales office at Regatta Waters Whitsundays opens this Saturday, December 14.
It comes as the main entry road to the community is also completed and follows a number of other major construction milestones recently, including completion of two manmade lakes, the first golf course holes, civil works and communal area landscaping.
Ray White Whitsunday agent Steve Marks will be based at the onsite office and said its opening was timely, enabling the sales team to capitalise on the influx of visitors to Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays over the Christmas and New Year period.
“It enables us to make a pitch to non-local buyers who are in town for the holidays. Being in such an idyllic location, it shouldn’t be a hard sell,” he said.
“Our onsite presence will be hugely advantageous to our sales and marketing program as prospective buyers won’t have to rely on a brochure when making their decision to purchase. They’ll be able to drive around the first stage and see for themselves how the community is coming together.”
Visitors to the purpose-built sales office will be able to view the site’s masterplan and home designs as well as drive through the first stage of 49 lots.
Prospective buyers will also be able to see the ongoing construction of community amenities and communal recreation areas, as the 2500-lot estate starts to take shape.
The sales office is located on Shute Harbour Road, Cannonvale and will be open from 10am-5pm, seven days a week as of December 14.
