MONDAY social junior tennis will re-commence on February 21 straight after school.

The afternoon is suitable for juniors and high school ages, and is played on both full court and reduced sized courts.

Parental assistance on the afternoon is appreciated.

In other news Tuesday evening social tennis was a blast with three courts in action. Newcomers to the evening were Trent Murray, David Nolan and Matthew Henning.

These boys are part of the elite squad that trains on Tuesday afternoon.

The evening featured a set of singles between Trent Murray and Matthew Henning while David Nolan played in a set of doubles.

Others out enjoying the evening were Norm Hold, Rick Galea and Yoko Stimson.

Thursday evening social and cardio tennis was once again the victim of wet weather.

However it should be third time lucky with cardio starting at 6pm tonight and social tennis hitting off at 7pm.

Friday cardio tennis dodged the water drops and enjoyed a wonderful run around.

Saturday afternoon featured many tight sets of doubles and an exciting singles match between Col Hogan and Aram Madigan.

Players are reminded that tennis memberships are now due and payable.
