Achieve your dream body with personal training
A FITNESS revolution is about to take place at Airlie Fitness. Business owners Corey and Wendy Whibley encourage locals to get on board to see how they can achieve their fitness goals fast.
The business is relaunching their personal training system with an easy and affordable pay by month system for men and women of all ages.
Mrs Whibley has worked as a personal trainer for the past decade and has dedicated herself to developing their team of qualified trainers
“We are relaunching personal training with an easy and affordable pay by the month system and literally throwing the doors open to everyone so even non-members won’t have to pay additional costs for personal training,” she said.
“If you complete a minimum of two sessions per week, we will give you a full access 24/7 gym membership to use while you strive for results with your trainer.”
Mr Whibley said personal training sessions were not just about improving your fitness with trainers, they also offer nutritional guidance, goal setting, exercise planning and motivational support as a part of the service.
In an exciting new development, Airlie Fitness will also be offering small group personal training from Monday, March 31.
“The small group personal training sessions will be an affordable and effective way to experience the variety, motivation, support and commitment of personal training from only $10 per session,” he said.
“The groups are small with 4-6 like-minded and motivated training partners to push you forward.”
Classes are run on a monthly commitment which is designed to achieve maximum results in a short period.
“We encourage anyone who needs a little or a lot of help, an athlete who has an important goal to reach or someone who doesn’t want to join a gym to take the first step and call us or pop in for a quick chat about how we can help,” said Mrs Whibley.
