A FIT­NESS revo­lu­tion is about to take place at Air­lie Fit­ness. Busi­ness own­ers Corey and Wendy Whibley en­cour­age lo­cals to get on board to see how they can achieve their fit­ness goals fast.

The busi­ness is re­launch­ing their per­sonal train­ing sys­tem with an easy and af­ford­able pay by month sys­tem for men and women of all ages.

Mrs Whibley has worked as a per­sonal trainer for the past decade and has ded­i­cated her­self to de­vel­op­ing their team of qual­i­fied train­ers

“We are re­launch­ing per­sonal train­ing with an easy and af­ford­able pay by the month sys­tem and lit­er­ally throw­ing the doors open to ev­ery­one so even non-mem­bers won’t have to pay additional costs for per­sonal train­ing,” she said.

“If you com­plete a min­i­mum of two ses­sions per week, we will give you a full ac­cess 24/7 gym mem­ber­ship to use while you strive for re­sults with your trainer.”

Mr Whibley said per­sonal train­ing ses­sions were not just about im­prov­ing your fit­ness with train­ers, they also of­fer nu­tri­tional guid­ance, goal set­ting, ex­er­cise plan­ning and mo­ti­va­tional sup­port as a part of the ser­vice.

In an ex­cit­ing new de­vel­op­ment, Air­lie Fit­ness will also be of­fer­ing small group per­sonal train­ing from Mon­day, March 31.

“The small group per­sonal train­ing ses­sions will be an af­ford­able and ef­fec­tive way to ex­pe­ri­ence the va­ri­ety, mo­ti­va­tion, sup­port and com­mit­ment of per­sonal train­ing from only $10 per ses­sion,” he said.

“The groups are small with 4-6 like-minded and mo­ti­vated train­ing part­ners to push you for­ward.”

Classes are run on a monthly com­mit­ment which is de­signed to achieve max­i­mum re­sults in a short pe­riod.

“We en­cour­age any­one who needs a lit­tle or a lot of help, an ath­lete who has an im­por­tant goal to reach or some­one who doesn’t want to join a gym to take the first step and call us or pop in for a quick chat about how we can help,” said Mrs Whibley.
