Organic drinks and dairy products for your family
ORGANIC farmer’s strive to produce quality dairy products and refreshments without the use of harmful synthetic chemicals and Master Butchers Whitsunday owners Don Cameron and Karen Rix are encouraging locals to taste the difference of their new organic range in store.
“After the supermarket around the corner closed down we thought it was the perfect time to evolve Master Butchers into a one-stop-shop for your meat, bread and milk and it has just grown at an incredible rate over the last few months,” Ms Rix said.
Master Butchers Whitsunday stocks a fantastic range of Mungalli Creek’s milk, fresh cream, gourmet Greek style and natural set yoghurts and soft cheeses.
The family-run farm is nes- tled in North Queensland’s world heritage rainforests and their cows graze yearround on lush biodynamic, organic mountain pastures which impart a unique flavour and goodness in their awardwinning dairy products.
Milk is available in full cream and low fat varieties and Mungalli Creek’s farmfresh eggs are laid by chickens that are fed only on organic grains and left free to forage all day.
“The Mungalli Creek range is absolutely incredible and we wanted to offer a point of difference to our customers by supplying a range of new, organic products that are produced by traditional farming methods,” Ms Rix said.
An exciting new addition to Master Butchers Whitsunday is the new range of refrigerat- ed organic drinks.
The butcher stocks organic coconut water, non-alcoholic champagne, organic juices and a refreshing Mojo Kombucha range that contains living elixir and probiotics as a re- sult of its unique fermentation recipe.
“The Mojo Kombucha range is designed to lift your mood and body, and you can really feel and taste the difference,” Ms Rix said.
