Great ser­vice

MORE of­ten than not, tourism op­er­a­tors and re­tail­ers get com­plaints but I must say, last week I ex­pe­ri­enced great ser­vice from three of your lo­cal op­er­a­tors and I feel com­pelled to tell some­one.

I am based in Ade­laide and work with a tour whole­saler. We ar­range tours for groups of peo­ple to travel around Aus­tralia. Last week both Ni­cole Gra­ham (Sun­downer Cruises) and Sandi Hol­man (Pep­pers Air­lie Beach) went out of their way to as­sist one of our clients. In the process of ar­rang­ing a thank you for them, I con­tacted the Thirsty Camel and spoke with Steve Wool­house who also gave ex­cep­tional cus­tomer ser­vice.

In this day and age, when the com­puter and in­ter­net have taken over the world, it is fan­tas­tic to be on the re­ceiv­ing end of this type of cus­tomer ser­vice. Heather Pas­coe-Smith BRIDGE­WA­TER, SA
