Amcal Cannonvale wins major pharmacy award
AMCAL Pharmacy in Cannonvale has been announced as Amcal Pharmacy of the Year at the annual pharmacy assistants conference on the Gold Coast earlier this month.
The Amcal brand has built its reputation on providing health and wellbeing solutions to Australians for over 75 years.
Amcal Pharmacy Cannonvale and its pharmacists are committed to providing customers with friendly service, value for money and most importantly, expert advice.
Owner and pharmacist Lee McLennan said that since moving to the Whitsundays in 2011 it had been his goal to deliver high service levels to customers and ensure they get the full experience each and every time they enter the store.
“To be selected as the winner of this award, the Cannonvale store was rated on community engagement and support, training and service provision by pharmacist and pharmacy assistants, mystery shopper reports, brand align- ment and standards, and strong business and succession plans,” he said. As well as their expereinced pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, they also have a naturopath available in store that can help a customer decide which supplement in vitamin, herbal medicine, super food or probiotic is best for them.
