Touch re­turns after school break

TOUCH FOOT­BALL

AIR­LIE Touch re­turns to the Whit­sun­day Sportspark next week, fol­low­ing a two-week break for the school hol­i­days.

Ray White leads the A-grade com­pe­ti­tion, while Air­lie Mixed and Whit­sun­day Food are tied for top on the B-grade lad­der.

Din­goes sit in first of all C-grade teams, closely fol­lowed by Black­out.

So far the sea­son has proven to be an ex­cit­ing one, with all 15 teams in con­tention in their re­spec­tive di­vi­sions.

Teams are also re­minded that if you don’t ref­eree your times­lot, your team will lose two-points.

Games are played ev­ery Mon­day at the Whit­sun­day Sportspark in Ju­bilee Pocket.

In other news, ju­nior touch will run ev­ery Mon­day un­til the end of the school term.

Air­lie Touch runs com­pe­ti­tions for un­der-7s, 9s, 11s and 13s, and all regis­tered play­ers re­ceive a shirt.
