Whitsunday Times - - CHILL. -

Club Croc will give the community an opportunity to sell their once-loved belongings on Saturday and find a diamond in the rough of their own.

The car boot sale will run from 9am to 2pm, with live music and a sausage sizzle also provided by the venue.

“With the popularity of buy, swap and sells [on Facebook] we thought we’d try and bring back a human element,” Club Croc hotel manager Nathan Robinson said.

“We’ll have clothes, home ware, general bric-a-brac... you might even find a hidden Picasso masterpiece.”

Live music will be in the form of Peter Bek from 11am.

The cost of hosting a store at the car boot sale is $10 and you can register by contacting Club Croc.
