Perfect pavers at a one-stop shop

Whitsunday Times - - BETTER BUSINESS -

ARE you looking to do a little DIY in your backyard? If so Cannonvale Concrete Products’ new pavers and concrete block section could be for you.

The new showroom, located in Cannonvale’s Carlo Industrial Estate, has a vast choice of pavers and blocks and is now open to the public.

Owner Levi Deering says he can find almost anything his customers need.

“Anything made of concrete – we either have it or can track it down,” he said.

For the DIY enthusiast, Mr Deering and his team offer professional, practical advice on how to re-vamp a backyard.

Whether you want the perfect paver for your driveway or one specifically designed for your swimming pool, they have it in stock.

By visiting the showroom, customers can be guided through a list of options and check out the variety of colours designed to suit almost any setting.

Among the product range are grey masonry blocks – good for building houses, link blocks – great for retaining walls, and timber-look pavers – perfect for garden pathways and with a retaining wall or sleeper option. There’s also clay pavers – perfect for driveways, and wet cast pavers – great if you want a smooth finish or for use around pools.

Once a piece of concrete has been selected, Mr Deering, who also owns the landscaping business Structured Earth, is happy to come on site and offer his professional advice.

At Mr Deering’s bustling business, trucks arrive daily from around the state, but mostly he likes to source his products as locally as he possibly can.
