No bail for man on unlawful wounding and knife charge
A MAN accused of unlawful wounding and entering a dwelling at night while armed is now behind bars.
Adam David Seidel was brought to Monday’s sitting of the Proserpine Magistrate’s Court in police custody also charged with failing to take reasonable care with a syringe or needle and possessing a knife in a public place.
The facts of the matter were not read out in court and Seidel made no application for bail.
He was remanded in custody until his committal mention, set for August 3.
