Muso bringing X Factor

Whitsunday Times - - CHILL -

ISLINGTON crooner Tim Rossington is to visit KC’s Bar and Grill over the next two weeks

A passion for music led the former Glen Innes man to see if he had the X factor in 2014.

However in the first stage of the ‘boot camp’ portion of the show, Rossington sang in front of judges but ultimately didn’t make it through.

His performance was uploaded to YouTube; receiving an impressive 500,000+ views so far.

He has since been cruising around the nation making music and building a fandom.

Tim has been linked to John Mayer, Xavier Rudd, Jeff Buckley and Kings of Leon.

With a mix of original and cover songs and his ability to play to and entertain a crowd, he’s a sought-after performer.

He is performing at KC’s Bar and Grill next Monday, June 22 from 7.30pm and the following day over lunch.

He then returns on Monday, June 29 from 7.30pm. To familiarise yourself to the musical treat that is Tim Rossington, his debut EP ‘Rising’ is now available on iTunes.

X FACTOR: Musician Tim Rossington will play at KC’s Bar and Grill two Monday nights in a row from June 22.
