COUNCIL’S Master Plan and Feasibility Study failed to state how many international flights would be needed per day or per week to justify the $59 million cost in the first five years to establish an international airport.
And did the $59,186,105 as quoted in the feasibility study for the first five years include the cost of immigration, customs, quarantine, air traffic controllers, baggage handlers, catering and other staff?
