All in the planning

WHEN you have a V2 Draft WRC Planning Scheme you have consulted and presented to the community, why would you desire to submit another version, V3, to the minister? That is exactly what happened at the council meting on December 9, 2015. It was voted down 5/2 but then the mayor tried to repeal it, which again was lost.

This V3 was never shown to the community and the mayor wanted it submitted to the minister. Now another councillor wants V3 to come back again for consultation this time, even though it was rejected by councillors, who instead voted V4 for further community consultation. Which councillors do not like a majority vote and will try anything to get their way? Watch this space.
