Sincere thanks

Whitsunday Times - - WHITSUNDAY VIEWS -

ON behalf of the family and friends of the late Mark Nicol, I sincerely thank Daniel and the crew of the “Aqua Duck”.

On Saturday, we gathered at Cannonvale Beach to pay tribute to Mark and reflect on his life on the first anniversary of his passing.

We had planned to just have our own private gathering on the beach but the “Aqua Duck” crew made it all the more special when they donated their time and the duck to take us on a tour of the bay in front of Mark’s home where we could scatter frangipani’s from Mark’s garden and reflect on his life.

Mark was known to many as a local musician and great friend but he also had a passion for the water and was a keen outrigger.

To be able to spend time on the duck and reflect on Mark’s life was a fitting tribute - and we thank Daniel and the crew most sincerely.

We encourage you all to support this great local business to ensure its success well into the future.

If you book a trip on the duck, we have no doubt you will be treated to a great time with a fantastic crew.

Thank you also to Maria Cavanagh & Maz McDougall for arranging this for us.

Thanks again Daniel.

Joanne Moynihan Cannonvale
