Sparks sets elec­tric at­mos­phere

IF your hair stands on end at Mag­nums this Fri­day night, don’t fear, it’s just the vibe set by fre­netic hit-maker Will Sparks.

When it comes to elec­tronic sound, Sparks is cer­tainly a heavy weight.

Burst­ing on to the scene as a ris­ing star, Sparks has seen his up­ward climb con­tinue, earn­ing him­self the ti­tle King of Mel­bourne Bounce.

The 23-year-old sensation will bring his elec­tric buzz to Air­lie Beach on Fri­day, get­ting funky be­hind the decks.

Go­ing from hit to hit, the young gun has gained recog­ni­tion with his sig­na­ture remixes of global ti­tles in­clud­ing Ma­jor Lazer’s Be To­gether, Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines and The Chainsmok­ers’ Selfie.

By adding his own unique spin, Sparks has rock­eted to the top of the charts.

His orig­i­nals haven’t gone un­no­ticed how­ever earn­ing him a spot in the Beat­port top 10 for weeks on end.

This mix of cov­ers and cre­ations has seen the man him­self sit­ting above the crowd, com­ing in at num­ber 78 in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs.

Mag­nums mu­sic lovers will get more than Sparks’ elec­tric at­mos­phere how­ever with sup­port­ing per­form­ers DJ Pablo, De­laney, Jay­den Russo and Kyle Burke set to break it down as well.

So strap in and amp up on Fri­day night, with some se­ri­ous sounds ready to be un­leashed.
