Our new Christian ministers network

Whitsunday Times - - LOCAL NEWS -

LAST year some of the ministers from Proserpine, Airlie Beach and Cannonvale started discussing ways to work together as churches in the community.

As a result, the Whitsunday Christian Ministers Network was born.

As churches we can embrace our differences and do things together that will help make a positive influence in our community.

At some point all people face challenges in the areas of health, finances, relationships, careers and trauma.

No person was created to go through any of these challenges alone.

One of the ways God helps us in these challenges, is through the love and care of people around us.

This is the purpose of the church.

Sometimes we need help; at other times, we need to step out and help others.

There are churches who are willing to walk with you on your journey to help you when you need it, and there are also churches who equip you to effectively reach other people.

This year, at the Proserpine Show, Whitsunday Christian Ministers Network will have a display where you will be able to get more information about the churches in the area.

Please stop by and pick up one of our flyers.

But more importantly, we encourage you to find a church where you can serve others and also be loved and taken care of.
