Cop car relieved on
URINATING on a cop car is not the best way to end your time in Airlie Beach.
Jesse David Bombinski, 22, from Melbourne, plead guilty in writing to urinating in public and obstructing police.
Prosecutor Bernhard Berger said police were made aware of Bombinski around 11.10pm on March 23. A security guard said he’d seen him urinating near the back of a police car.
When police approached him about the incident he replied “I didn’t piss on your car” and then ran off but he was soon caught.
He was fined $1000 and had no convictions recorded.
