Avo­cado and berry power smoothie

In­gre­di­ents

½ firm ripe avo­cado, peeled 125g (1 cup) frozen mixed ber­ries 325ml (11⁄2 cups) re­duced fat milk (cow, soy, al­mond, rice or co­conut) 2 tsp honey 1 tbs LSA meal

Method

Place all in­gre­di­ents in a blender and blend un­til smooth and creamy. Di­vide be­tween two glasses, serve im­me­di­ately. TIP: LSA meal is a blend of ground lin­seed, sun­flower seeds and al­monds. You can find it in the health food sec­tion of your su­per­mar­ket.
