Avocado and berry power smoothie
½ firm ripe avocado, peeled 125g (1 cup) frozen mixed berries 325ml (11⁄2 cups) reduced fat milk (cow, soy, almond, rice or coconut) 2 tsp honey 1 tbs LSA meal
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Divide between two glasses, serve immediately. TIP: LSA meal is a blend of ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds.
