IF YOU’VE ever craved a pizza or pasta early in the morning but found the lunch menu hasn’t begun yet, then head to La Tabella to get your fix. The Italian-inspired restaurant, located on the esplanade in Airlie Beach, offers an all-day menu from 8am to 4pm where patrons aren’t limited to what they choose to eat at breakfast or lunch. And you can be sure to be served fresh produce, owner Leni Fries said.

“We serve Australian, local produce and our seafood is caught the same day it’s served,” she said.

Pasta is also homemade and prepared daily by the restaurant’s experienced chefs. With an elegant feel and high quality food, it’s the perfect place to head for a dinner as well as to host functions and parties.

“We have a private wine cellar available for parties and nona’s long table, which can seat up to 20 people,” Leni said.

And don’t forget their Sunday long Italian lunch, which is five shared courses at $39 per person. To celebrate the restaurant’s fast-approaching 5th birthday, La Tabella will have a number of gifts and specials coming soon.
