UNESCO says the Great Barrier Reef isn’t ‘in danger’”. Are we doing enough to protect it?

Whitsunday Times - - YOUR SAY -

We need to do more. Everyone needs to kick in... because when it’s gone, it’s gone.

— Jeni Borellini, Cannonvale I think there should be community consultation about what’s happened, what could be done and what people can do.

— Brett Piccinelli, Mandalay Out fishing you see plenty of fish. The reef has looked lovely from what I've seen around the islands.

— Tania Galea, Mount Marlow It’s one of our natural beauties and needs to be protected. It’s gone by the wayside.

— Edward Deakes, Cannonvale Definitely not. If we’re still having the Adani conversation, we’re having the wrong one.

— Jasmine Hammond, Cannonvale
