Satur­day proves top day on the court

TEN­NIS: Satur­day is prov­ing to be a top day at the courts.

It al­ways starts off with the early bird ladies who hit the courts run­ning at 7.30am when it is crisp and clear.

Just like the weather the on court ac­tion from Pam, Sam, Yukari and Denise was also crisp and clear.

Just do it ju­nior so­cial ten­nis is fast gain­ing in pop­u­lar­ity.

This Satur­day the Ray­mant fam­ily added to the fun.

Jett and Kaine hit over the net with Mad­die and Phoebe, while birth­day boy Mat­ley hit with Toby.

Off court the mums en­joyed a cuppa be­fore tack­ling the courts with their young­sters.

As the pit­ter-pat­ter of tiny feet left the court, the af­ter­noon so­cial group took to the court.

First in ac­tion were Willem and Girda and Betty and Norm.

It was a fan­tas­tic day of ten­nis.

Tues­day af­ter­noon so­cial ten­nis filled the court with their glo­ri­ous style of ten­nis.

Later it was evening so­cial ten­nis and Rhi­anna held the gen­tle­men to ac­count.

Wed­nes­day evening the sil­ver and bronze squads were busy learn­ing ball place­ment.

At Thurs­day evening so­cial ten­nis, Tad was the one to beat.

Fri­day morn­ing fit, fun ten­nis with the up­beat car­dio work­out on a ten­nis court had Clace Brady chas­ing every ball in sight down.

Coach­ing pupil of the week was Jes­sica Ren­ton.
