Whit­sun­day Golf Club fielded 27 play­ers on Sun­day for a 4ball Best Ball Stroke for­mat on a com­fort­ably mild morn­ing, which again warmed up to the low 30 de­grees by the end of the com­pe­ti­tion.

Scor­ing was ex­cel­lent.

A dry course with lots of run and no breeze to speak of, made for per­fect golf­ing con­di­tions. Next week is a bye for WGC to make way for the PGC club cham­pi­onships. Sun­day, Septem­ber 23 will be a sin­gle Stroke com­pe­ti­tion in prepa­ra­tion for the up­com­ing WGC Cham­pi­onships in sev­eral for­mats.
