Sam Frost knows that Summer Bay scenes for Home and Away require sunscreen, swimming and a bit of skin, and on Oct. 3, the neophyte actress took the plunge, filming her first bikini scenes for the Seven soap at Palm Beach, NSW. “I am comfortable in my body, but I’m quite shy about showing it,” Frost told WHO in August. “I’m just going to have to challenge myself and go, ‘All right, Sam, you’ve got to push through this barrier and not be shy about showing my body.’ ” Helping Frost, 28, through shoots and learning lines have been Ada Nicodemou and the rest of the cast, who have increasingly popped up in Frost’s social posts. “Everyone has been so delightful,” she says, “and Ada in particular, as I work really closely with her.” The transition to acting has been a part of Frost’s vow to take on new risks in 2017, especially after she parted ways with Bachelorette finalist Sasha Mielczarek last November and her radio show with Rove Mcmanus was cancelled in June. “I have been resilient,” Frost says, citing her recent experience on Seven’s Hell’s
