HAVING INITIALLY REACHED A custody agreement with his wife, Audrina Patridge—a source at the time said, “Audrina has primary custody of their child and Corey is getting visits each week”— Corey Bohan has had a change of heart, filing documents seeking spousal support and joint custody of daughter Kirra, 1. Bohan’s response to Patridge’s September divorce filing shows he is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their only child. In documents obtained by E! News, Bohan is asking the court to end the requirement that he pay support to Patridge. Instead, the pro BMX dirt-bike rider wants her to pay him spousal support, as well as pay his legal fees.

Since heading to court on Oct. 6, Bohan, 35, has moved out of the home they shared during their 10-month marriage (they first dated 10 years ago), and the former Hills star, 32, agreed to pay him $US35,000 to help with the move. ■

Patridge (with Bohan in 2013) obtained a domestic-violence restraining order against her husband two days before she filed for divorce on Sept. 20.
