CHRIS HEMSWORTH $9 MILLION
Their new digs will feature a gym, a media room, a games room, six bedrooms and a large swimming pool with ocean views.
Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky are currently building a gigantic waterfront home in Byron Bay. The pair have reportedly splashed out $9 million on their new abode.
The property will replace the couple’s eight-bedroom resort home. But their new digs haven’t gone down well with the neighbours. Locals took to social media to express their concerns. “Looks like the new Woolies,” one user remarked.
Construction on the couple’s family home began late last year. Included in the estate is an underground wine cellar. The Lowes bought the land in 2005 and completed building their home in 2009.
