Newlyweds Pippa Middleton and James Matthews celebrated their honeymoon in Sydney with a lunchtime seaplane adventure (seaplanes.com.au). Leonardo Dicaprio, Kevin Spacey, Hugh Jackman, Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith have also climbed aboard to take in the harbour, bridge and Opera House. Boarding Sydney Seaplanes at Rose Bay, Pippa and her financier hubby made the 40km trip to the Northern Beaches, touching down at Cottage Point Inn on the Hawkesbury River (cottagepointinn.com.au). The renowned eatery has also hosted Brad Pitt and Orlando Bloom.
