Harry’s health kick – down 5kg!
Harry was spotted leaving a London gym looking much slimmer than usual last week, the prince’s friends revealing Meghan inspired him to go on a health kick in preparation for the couple’s big day.
Not only has he been working out more and attending a few yoga classes at the encouragement of his bride-to-be, he’s also quit drinking beer, stopped smoking and is trying a vegan diet!
“He’s shed almost five kilos in the last few weeks,” reveals a close friend.
“And he wants to lose more,” adds his mate. “Meghan tries to eat organic food when possible and be vegetarian, bordering on vegan, during the week, and now Harry’s following suit.”
