The Aussie model talks fit­ness, food and feel­ing fab­u­lous in her own skin

You prob­a­bly know Fiona Falkiner from her time on The Big­gest Loser, where she be­came every­one’s favourite con­tes­tant in 2006, be­fore re­turn­ing to host the show in 2015.

How­ever, a lot has changed since we watched Fiona’s weight-loss jour­ney, which saw her lose 30kg. Nearly 12 years on, the 34-year-old plus-size model has worked all over the world, re­turned to our TV screens on The Big­gest Loser Trans­formed and most re­cently launched her own ac­tivewear line in col­lab­o­ra­tion with Au­to­graph.

But you won’t catch her on a tread­mill – in fact, she barely works out in­doors at all – and there’s al­ways time for cheese and wine on the week­ends. So, how is she look­ing so great right now?

Fiona says she eats sen­si­bly and ex­er­cises of­ten. “My sweet treat is gen­er­ally a pun­net of straw­ber­ries or some yo­ghurt.”
