The Aussie model talks fitness, food and feeling fabulous in her own skin
You probably know Fiona Falkiner from her time on The Biggest Loser, where she became everyone’s favourite contestant in 2006, before returning to host the show in 2015.
However, a lot has changed since we watched Fiona’s weight-loss journey, which saw her lose 30kg. Nearly 12 years on, the 34-year-old plus-size model has worked all over the world, returned to our TV screens on The Biggest Loser Transformed and most recently launched her own activewear line in collaboration with Autograph.
But you won’t catch her on a treadmill – in fact, she barely works out indoors at all – and there’s always time for cheese and wine on the weekends. So, how is she looking so great right now?
