SIX-INGREDIENT MATCHA BLISS BALLS
MAKES 10 PREP + FREEZING 5 MINS
In a food processor, pulse 1 cup almond meal, 1/ cup chopped, dried pitted dates, 3 ¼ cup pistachios, ¼ cup desiccated coconut and 2 tsp matcha powder until combined. Add 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil. Pulse until mixture comes together. Roll heaped 1 tbsp into balls. Roll in combined ¼ cup desiccated coconut and 2 tbsp chopped pistachios to coat. Place on a tray and chill 30 mins until firm. Serve dusted with extra matcha powder. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
