MALTED CARAMEL SCONES
MAKES 8 PREP 15 MINS COOK 10 MINS 1 quantity Basic Scones 2 tbsp malted milk powder ½ cup cream, plus ²⁄ cup extra, whipped 3 ¼ cup Caramel Top’n’fill
1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Make Basic Scones, adding the malted milk powder and extra ½ cup cream in step 2.
2 Fold caramel through extra whipped cream until just combined. Split scones. Sandwich together with caramel cream.
