MAKES 8 PREP 15 MINS COOK 10 MINS 1 quan­tity Ba­sic Scones 2 tbsp malted milk pow­der ½ cup cream, plus ²⁄ cup ex­tra, whipped 3 ¼ cup Caramel Top’n’fill

1 Pre­heat oven to 200°C. Make Ba­sic Scones, adding the malted milk pow­der and ex­tra ½ cup cream in step 2.

2 Fold caramel through ex­tra whipped cream un­til just com­bined. Split scones. Sandwich to­gether with caramel cream.
