NEW NOSE, THORPIE?

He was the golden boy of swimming, but since hanging up his speedos Ian Thorpe may have spent time on the surgeon’s table.

The Olympic champion sparked speculation he’s had a nose job when he stepped out at the Boy Erased premiere in Sydney on October 15.

Ian’s team didn’t get back to us when contacted for comment but have previously denied surgery claims.

Dr Dave E David strongly believes the 36-year-old has undergone rhinoplasty. “Before, the bridge of his nose is straight, whereas now, it’s more of a ski slope,” the Boston-based cosmetic surgeon, who has not treated Ian, tells Woman’s Day.

“The tip of his nose also was straight before, and now it’s pointed downward. The same is true for his nostrils. If you take a straight edge from his nose tip to his forehead, it was about a 45-degree angle, and now it’s only about 30 degrees.”
