1 av­o­cado

1 large frozen banana

1 cup pro­bi­otic co­conut water ½ cup frozen pineap­ple chunks ¼ cup pars­ley, chopped

6 mint leaves

1 tsp fresh gin­ger, grated

In a blender, com­bine the av­o­cado, banana, co­conut water, pineap­ple chunks, pars­ley, mint and gin­ger. Blend on the high­est speed un­til su­per smooth. Then drink up!
