STRAW­BERRY, AL­MOND MILK AND CHIA POR­RIDGE

480ml al­mond milk 180g strawberries, plus ex­tra to serve 8 soft pit­ted dates 1 tsp vanilla ex­tract 60g chia seeds

1. Blend all the in­gre­di­ents (ex­cept for the chia seeds) to­gether in a food pro­ces­sor.

2. Add the chia seeds and stir rapidly for 1 min so they don’t clump up as the mix­ture slowly be­gins to form a gel.

3. Stir the mix ev­ery cou­ple of min­utes for 10 mins un­til set.

4. Dish up with straw­berry slices. Break­fast is served! You could also try this recipe with banana, blue­ber­ries or any other fruit of your choice.
