STRAWBERRY, ALMOND MILK AND CHIA PORRIDGE
480ml almond milk 180g strawberries, plus extra to serve 8 soft pitted dates 1 tsp vanilla extract 60g chia seeds
1. Blend all the ingredients (except for the chia seeds) together in a food processor.
2. Add the chia seeds and stir rapidly for 1 min so they don’t clump up as the mixture slowly begins to form a gel.
3. Stir the mix every couple of minutes for 10 mins until set.
4. Dish up with strawberry slices. Breakfast is served! You could also try this recipe with banana, blueberries or any other fruit of your choice.
