1. Pull cloves apart and place into a glass jar. Secure the lid and shake for 30 secs.
2. Remove the lid and dump out bare cloves. Too easy.
NOW MAKE... GARLICKY ROASTED GREEN BEANS
Toss 450g trimmed green beans with 4 sliced garlic cloves and 1 tbs of olive oil. Spread on a baking tray and season with ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook under the grill with the door open – shaking the tray once – until beans blister, about 5 mins. Makes 4 servings
