To stay fit away from home, personal trainer Nick Tumminello prescribes simple bodyweight workouts for his frequent fliers, allowing them to get a lot done in a little time. This helps them maintain consistency, but it also helps them enjoy their time on the road even more.
We teamed up with Tumminello, as well as accredited strength and conditioning coach Bradley Tinklin, to help streamline your sweat sessions this summer, creating our most packable, personalised plan ever.
