hHolidays rock. But let’s be honest. They can mess with your exercise routine. Maybe you’re heading off to a remote beach. Or perhaps you’re stuck in a cramped hotel room. No matter where you are, working out on the go can be super effective and dare we say it … fun?

First, you’ll get the eight best moves for strengthening the body’s main muscle groups – a carefully curated bunch designed to be versatile and ideal for even the tightest of spaces. Tinklin has then added in ways to make some of these moves harder with travelfriendly equipment, such as resistance bands and sliders.
