Tungamah Pri­mary School ‘Learn­ing for Life’

Through im­ple­men­ta­tion of the school motto ‘Learn­ing for Life’ Tungamah Pri­mary school de­liv­ers a fo­cus on hands on learn­ing.

Along­side tra­di­tional sub­jects, the school of­fers art, li­brary, In­done­sian and ac­cess to Phys­i­cal Ed­u­ca­tional spe­cial­ists.

The school also works in clus­ter groups with other small schools to of­fer camps, ex­cur­sions and vis­it­ing per­for­mances.

The school has a strong con­nec­tion to the lo­cal com­mu­nity, in-par­tic­u­lar with the Tungamah Pre-School, al­low­ing a smooth tran­si­tion into pri­mary ed­u­ca­tion.

Stu­dents with ex­tra needs are catered for with ac­cess to both a speech and oc­cu­pa­tional ther­a­pist.

New fam­i­lies who would like more in­for­ma­tion about Tungamah Pri­mary School are en­cour­aged to con­tact the school and or­gan­ise to meet with the prin­ci­pal and staff.
