Seamless curriculum at Yarrawonga College P-12
Yarrawonga College P-12 is working to ensure students benefit from a seamless curriculum - from Prep to Year 12 - with the introduction of strategic goals to contribute to a whole school approach.
The college’s current strategic goals include implementing an Instructional Model which teachers follow when conducting a lesson, an Assessment Schedule which is aligned from prep right through to Year 12 and ensures consistent assessments and a Positive Education focus to encourage students and teachers to learn about and apply positive mental health and wellbeing.
Yarrawonga College P-12 strives to foster students with a high level of self-worth, independence and a sense of community, while at the same time instilling the college values of Integrity, Cooperation, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. These five values underpin all that is implemented at the college.
